Users manages who has a login to your FlowTix account and exactly which modules they're allowed to touch - an office coordinator doesn't need the same access as a driver, and Users lets you set that precisely.
Accounts can also be enabled for the offline FlowTix driver app, so field staff get exactly the mobile tools they need - check-in/check-out, jobs, truck selection - without portal access they don't need.
